Valour Watches – Terms & Conditions

Effective January 2026

At Valour Watches, we manufacture many of our products in carefully planned production runs. Depending on the product, your purchase may be either a preorder or an in-stock purchase. These Terms explain how each type of purchase is handled.

By placing an order through valourwatch.com, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

1. Order Types

Preorder Products

Products designated as Preorder are not yet in stock at the time of purchase. Your order reserves a watch from an upcoming production run.

In-Stock Products

Products designated as In Stock are available for immediate fulfillment and will generally ship within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

The product page will clearly identify whether an item is a preorder or an in-stock purchase.

2. Payment

Unless otherwise stated, full payment is collected at the time an order is placed, whether the product is a preorder or an in-stock item.

Payments are securely processed through independent third-party payment providers.

3. Preorder Terms

For preorder products:

• Your order reserves a unit from a future production batch.
• Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are estimates only.
• Delivery dates may change due to manufacturing, supplier availability, quality control, logistics, customs, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances beyond Valour’s reasonable control.
• Such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund except where required by applicable law.

Cancellation requests submitted before production has commenced may be approved at Valour’s sole discretion.

Approved refunds will be issued less any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred on the original transaction.

Once production has commenced, preorder purchases become committed manufacturing orders and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

If Valour is unable to fulfill a preorder, a full refund will be issued.

4. In-Stock Orders

In-stock products generally ship within the estimated shipping timeframe displayed at checkout.

Returns of eligible in-stock products are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds may be subject to deduction of any non-refundable payment processing fees as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Product Revisions

Valour reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to product specifications, materials, finishes, packaging, or components to improve quality, reliability, manufacturability, supplier availability, or regulatory compliance.

Such modifications shall not constitute a defect or breach of these Terms.

6. Order Changes

Shipping addresses may be updated before shipment by contacting support@valourwatch.com.

Changes to product configurations, colors, or options after production has commenced cannot be guaranteed.

7. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Valour reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Suspected fraud
• Payment authorization failure
• Pricing or technical errors
• Unauthorized resale activity
• Circumstances making fulfillment commercially impractical

If Valour cancels an order, any payments received will be refunded in full.

8. Shipping, Duties & Taxes

Shipping methods and estimated delivery dates will be communicated before fulfillment.

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for applicable import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, and local taxes.

9. Relationship to Other Policies

These Terms should be read together with our:

• Limited Warranty

If there is any conflict, these Preorder Terms shall govern purchases designated as preorders.

10. Agreement

By completing your order, you acknowledge that you have:

• Read and understood these Terms.
• Confirmed whether your purchase is a preorder or an in-stock product.
• Understood the applicable delivery timelines.
• Agreed to the applicable cancellation and refund provisions.
• Agreed that approved refunds may be reduced by any non-refundable payment processing fees where permitted by our policies.
