RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Valour Watches – Return & Refund Policy

Effective January 2026

At Valour Watches, we strive to create exceptional timepieces while maintaining transparent and fair policies for our customers. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

1. Pre-Orders

Most Valour Watches products are offered on a preorder basis.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that:

• Your watch is being reserved from an upcoming production run.
• Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
• Manufacturing, supplier, logistics, customs, regulatory, or other unforeseen delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Cancellation requests submitted before production has commenced may be approved at Valour’s sole discretion.

Once production has commenced, preorders, deposits, crowdfunding rewards, and limited production reservations are final sale and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

If Valour is unable to fulfill your preorder, a full refund will be issued.

2. In-Stock Purchases

If you purchased an in-stock Valour watch directly from valourwatch.com, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible returns must include:

• Original packaging
• All protective coverings
• Warranty card
• Manuals and included accessories
• The watch in unused, unworn, and unmodified condition

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

3. Payment Processing Fees

Approved refunds are subject to deduction of any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by our payment processor.

These fees are retained by the payment processor and are not recovered by Valour when a transaction is refunded.

4. Custom, Limited & Crowdfunded Products

The following are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless covered under our Warranty Policy:

• Preorders once production has commenced
• Crowdfunding rewards
• Limited or numbered editions
• Customized or engraved watches
• Special-order or bespoke products

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your watch arrives damaged, incorrect, or develops a manufacturing defect covered by our Warranty Policy, please contact support@valourwatch.com within 48 hours of delivery (for shipping issues) or promptly after discovering the defect.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs or videos where applicable

Valour will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

6. Return Process

To request a return, please email support@valourwatch.com with:

• Your order number
• Reason for the return
• Photographs if requested

If your return is approved, we will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less:

• Applicable payment processing fees
• Original shipping charges
• Duties, taxes, or customs charges that are non-refundable
• Any other deductions permitted under this policy

Your financial institution may require additional time before the refund appears on your account.

8. Abuse Prevention

Valour reserves the right to refuse returns, limit future purchases, or deny refunds where we reasonably believe this policy is being abused, including:

• Repeated return requests
• Worn, altered, or tampered products
• Fraudulent or deceptive conduct
• Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes

9. Shipping, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for:

• Return shipping costs
• Return shipping insurance
• Any customs duties, VAT, GST, or taxes associated with returning a product unless otherwise required by law.

Original shipping charges and government-imposed taxes or duties are non-refundable.
