At Valour Watches, we aim to build transparent, long-term relationships with our customers. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

2. Pre-Orders & Crowdfunding

All pre-orders, limited editions, and crowdfunding rewards are final sale unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced
• Delivery timelines are estimates and delays do not constitute grounds for refunds
• Refunds, if offered, are governed by the terms disclosed at purchase or on the crowdfunding platform

3. In-Stock Products

For in-stock products purchased directly from valourwatch.com:

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance
• Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable:

• Pre-orders and crowdfunding rewards
• Limited or numbered editions
• Customized or engraved products
• Worn, sized, or damaged items

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@valourwatch.com with photos and order details.

7. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and forfeiture of warranty or service eligibility.
