All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time.

Product images, renders, and specifications are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations may occur between prototypes, renders, and final production watches.

4. Pre-Orders & Crowdfunding (IMPORTANT)

Certain products are offered as pre-orders or via crowdfunding platforms (e.g., Kickstarter).

4.1 Nature of Pre-Orders

• Pre-orders are advance purchases for products still in development or production
• Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees
• Delays may occur due to manufacturing, supply chain issues, logistics, customs, regulatory matters, or force majeure events

4.2 Deposits & Payments

• Pre-orders may require a non-refundable deposit
• Any deposit amount and payment schedule will be clearly disclosed at checkout or on the campaign page
• Once production has commenced, deposits are non-refundable

4.3 Changes & Cancellation

Valour reserves the right to:

• Modify specifications where necessary to improve quality or manufacturability
• Cancel a pre-order and issue a refund at our discretion if fulfillment becomes impractical

Crowdfunding platform terms (e.g., Kickstarter) supersede these Terms where applicable.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud.

Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Valour does not store full payment card information.

6. Shipping, Duties & Taxes

Shipping terms are disclosed at checkout.

• Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, VAT, customs fees, or local taxes, unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Delivery timelines are estimates only
• Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon shipment

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy is published separately and incorporated by reference.

Pre-orders, limited editions, crowdfunding rewards, and customized items may be non-refundable, as disclosed at purchase.

8. Warranty

Valour Watches offers a Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty, published separately and incorporated by reference.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, trademarks, product names, images, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Valour Watches and may not be used without written permission.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this site for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, or interfere with site security.
